Models that are close to Character.ai?

wakatta2 ^® Registered: 5 months 26 days Posts: 2	10-Jun-2024 14:50 \| #1 · Author I can't say that model that CAI uses is good in overall quality, but for me it's awesome in terms of human-like responses, so I'm curious if there is something close to run it locally (Would be great if it's under 70B params as my specs aren't that good, but any size is fine really, quality is more important)

I was skeptical after seeing that it's just 8B, but after trying it out, saying that I'm blown away would be a severe understatement, holy cow. Thank you, that's exactly what I've been looking for!
