Open your torrent client
Select "New file" under the "File" tab
Choose the file or directory you wish to share via torrent
Don't mark as private! Manually adding trackers is also unnecessary
Create your .torrent file, but don't open it with your torrent client yet
Upload the .torrent file to our forum
re-download the file from our forum and open it with your client
Seed until other users have fully complete versions of your file (if your client has a "superseeding" option, it's recommended that you use it for initial seeding)
